Today we’re introducing a major update to the family seed alignments, protein features, and relationship data visualizations on the Dfam website. In addition, we are adding two new datasets: ULTRA reported tandem repeats, and self-alignments.

RepeatMasker 4.1.9 released. This release includes fixes for ProcessRepeats (speed issues, and divide-by-zero), a
