At a time when global support is wavering, this is a critical opportunity to reaffirm solidarity and deliver results.
A child should not stand where destruction speaks louder than play. Civilians are not a target.
Instead of playing or learning, countless children caught in armed conflict are forced to watch their kindergartens, schools, and homes come under attack, losing everything familiar to them.
No child deserves to grow up in such conditions, and no parent should ever have to witness it.
