All it does is reduce the hunger signal. For someone who has an eating disorder on the other side of anorexia, it silences the food noises and lets you focus on eating healthy food in a deficit without waking up at 3AM with a hunger knife in your gut. Doesn't melt fat off, just reduces intake.
