I, too, had a total shoulder replacement. I felt so well the next day that I started doing too much. However, it turned out great.

I finished this beautiful book this morning. Her depiction of depression, anxiety, and panic attacks was so real. I am so glad she wrote this book and that I had the opportunity to read it.
