There’s a lot of questions about the UCP’s new Alberta Sheriffs Police Service.
Over 2 years of planning & multiple pieces of legislation, Minister Ellis hasn’t talked to anyone - not municipalities or Sheriffs or Albertans.

The RTOC is an amazing space, packed with tools that allow the RCMP to track suspects, support their officers & collaborate with partners across the province. #abpoli
A strong majority of Albertans have repeatedly said they want to keep the RCMP. But Danielle Smith & the UCP are hell bent on spending hundreds of millions to create their own provincial police force anyways.
