Can we have a list of entities who are NOT investigating Sam Mraiche? It might be shorter.

She was fired for it.
Now, those same contracts are being cancelled as investigation after investigation reveals details that support her concerns.

How can Danielle Smith claim to barely know the man at the center of the CorruptCare scandal when she's had dinner at his house, met with him multiple times, and her closest advisors include five members of his family?

We had some good conversation about the significant costs to owners & explored how we can work together to address them.
A big thanks to everyone who attended to listen & share their expertise & to Claire from my office for all of her work to make the evening possible. #ableg
Thanks to everyone who joined me last week to discuss concerns about the impacts of social disorder on condo buildings in our community.
Was very happy to connect board members from 11 buildings with Councillor Anne Stevenson & representatives from police, fire, bylaw & community safety. #abpoli
Danielle Smith & the UCP have deeply damaged Albertans’ ability to access care.
And their plan to impose two-tier, Americanized healthcare is only going to make it worse.
The UCP didn’t run on this.
We need to fight this attack on our public healthcare system. We need to fight Bill 11 #abpoli
Stopped by on Friday to wish Wendy & Glen well on the opening of the new Patricia Street Deli in Queen Mary Park.
The PSD operated in Jasper for 20 years until the wildfire last July. But they turned their loss into new gain.
Stop by starting Dec. 1 to try them out ! #yegfood #yegbiz
A Jasper favorite has come to Edmonton-City Centre!
Check out the Patricia Street Deli at 10567-111 Street starting tomorrow, Dec. 1. #ableg
The UCP claim to be the party of choice.
That’s a lie.
Min. Ellis claims they haven’t decided whether to renew with the RCMP.
But word is the new Chief of their provincial police force is telling municipal reps exactly the opposite.
Albertans deserve better.
Better is possible. #abpoli
Note the UCP's meme 👇.
In this particular case, the government has broken commitments to preserve public healthcare.
More worrisome, they're keeping more promises than they made in their 2023 platform.
From @daveberta.bsky.social: open.substack.com/pub/davebert...
The UCP argues recall is being weaponized against policy, not misconduct.
By that logic, the Gondek recall was also weaponized, as it was explicitly against her policies.
The UCP's reaction to the weaponized recall on Gondek?
To make recall easier.
In the House today, Minister Ellis claimed this was just “human error,” blaming of one of his senior staff.
Human error. Twice. Weeks apart.
The fact is the UCP have a record of intentionally bending & breaking access to info laws.
It’s a pattern.
They can’t be trusted. #abpoli
Two-tier American-style healthcare is not the solution.
Wait times, understaffing, and access issues won't be fixed by forcing people to pay to see a doctor.

25.11.2025 03:56 — 👍 16 🔁 6 💬 1 📌 0Danielle Smith and the UCP don’t think you deserve to know what they’re doing, why they’re doing it or how much it costs.
I break down how the UCP continue to twist, torque & break the laws that govern access to information.
Better is possible, just not with the UCP.
Part 1/2 #abpoli
"This is not what Albertans asked for, and it’s certainly not what Danielle Smith promised when she was running for Premier."
NDP leader Naheed Nenshi calls out Bill 11, arguing it's steering Alberta towards for-profit American-style health care to the province.
But we know the rot goes to the roots.
An investigation by the Info & Privacy Commissioner found the UCP had created system-wide policies designed to deny public record requests.
And it seems they’re still at it.
A gov’t so drunk on power they don’t think they have to answer to anyone. #abpoli
This is a pattern with the UCP.
Albertans request records, the UCP denies they exist & drags their feet on releasing anything.
That’s against access to info laws.
And since Minister Ellis oversees enforcement of the law in Alberta, I asked how he’d investigate & ensure accountability. #abpoli
We caught the UCP red-handed.
We asked Public Safety & Emergency Services for any correspondence between Min. Ellis & the Edmonton Police Commission.
They told us - twice - there was none.
We asked the Commission & got 130 pages including 5 letters signed by Ellis. #abpoli
Today I’m introducing Motion 504: a cap on auto insurance rate increases, tying them to the consumer price index instead of letting it skyrocket out of control. We call on the UCP government to come to their senses and support this motion. #abpoli #ableg @albertandp.ca @naheednenshi.bsky.social
24.11.2025 16:55 — 👍 24 🔁 20 💬 2 📌 0The trouble with the UCP's dual practice model?
Think about a double double.
If the line at Tim’s is long because there’s only one person pouring coffee, opening an “express lane” for people who tip $20 doesn’t speed things up. It means those with more money get the coffee while others wait.
⚠️ Premier Danielle Smith announced the end of universal health care in Alberta this week.

Danielle Smith has already used the notwithstanding clause to remove workers', parents', and patients' rights to choose.
It's not hard to see where the road is leading. The UCP has given a roadmap, for those who need the help.
Today, we remember all the lives we've lost to injustice.
One life is too many. We cannot stop until we know our loved ones can safely be themselves in this world.

What this government is doing is wrong, and people are hurting. To every trans young person and every family feeling targeted right now: you are seen, you are valued, and you belong in Alberta.
We will keep fighting for your dignity, your safety, and your future.

Alberta’s New Democrats condemn these actions and stand with the trans community.
We pledge to repeal Bill 9, Bills 26, 27, 29, and ensure that human rights for all Albertans are respected and upheld.
Full stop.
We see you, we stand with you and we will keep fighting for you. #ableg #tdor
This year is particularly difficult with the UCP government’s recent introduction of Bill 9 which overrides the fundamental rights of trans children, non-binary, 2-spirit members of our communities.
A cruel law that will do real harm.
Today is the annual Trans Day of Remembrance.- a day to remember & honour those in our communities who were lost due to transphobia & anti-trans violence.
A day to renew our pledge to support the human rights of all Albertans.
If the UCP is confident on the medical merits of its transgender bill, then we should hear from the CMOH on this ASAP to validate the urgency of using the notwithstanding clause, it's why you have a top doctor after all.
