I think that "Reviewers are forbidden from using LLms to produce their reviews" should have been the first sentence. And I think it should have been followed with a statement on effort to detect LLM-generated reviews.

Really mixed messages there: Using LLMs to generate a review is forbidden, but should our reviewers do it, you shouldn't try to take advantage of it using prompt injection.
This is a gray area of ethics with a dilemna similar to "Is it ethical to steal from a thief ?"

Hm, hard disagree here. I really fail to see how this is misconduct akin to bribery, it's just a defense mechanism against bad reviewing practices. @neuralnoise.com
