Well I didn't expect to hear that ANIMAL CROSSING was getting an update on Switch 2, but here we are.

In my boredom today, I was looking through old convention photos on The Variant's website. They ran a photography booth at Colossalcon Prime for a few years, but didn't come back in 2025.
Scrolling through them, one word popped in my head: vindication. 🙂

- 300 physical Switch/Switch 2 games (I'm currently at 268)
- FINALLY finish a Zelda game that was released in the last decade

Something about HeroClix came up in my Facebook memories today, and it reminded me of the time I simultaneously won and lost a HeroClix tournament at the exact same time.

Yesterday I made an Instagram post talking about how October 1 will mark 18 years in Ohio.
I then realized afterwards that this is the longest length of time I have lived in one city literally ever.
The second longest is when I lived in Maryland for just a smidge over 7 years from 2000-2007.

If it is Halloween, and there is a surprise Princess Peach handing out candy outside my house, use female pronouns.
Yes, I am fully aware I have body hair, so TECHNICALLY I should always be using male pronouns, but I am too lazy/scared to shave or wax the hair on my body. (2/2)

Someone asked me yesterday what pronouns I prefer to use. This is more or less what I said to her.
Use whatever, but I prefer "They/Them" or the pronoun that matches how I look that day. If I am wearing a T-shirt and pants, with a five o'clock shadow, use male pronouns. (1/2)

I don't consider myself a great DM.

But my goodness, I have had some doozies in the nearly 30 years of me playing TTRPGs.

I've been playing Star Wars Outlaws the last couple days.
I am definitely enjoying it, but I again ask the eternal quesrion: why are Twi'lek ladies so fucking cute?
