I'm glad that my enjoyment of video games has introduced me to the world of electronics. Its pretty fun to open stuff and learn more about how they work

Also moving the loopy mod from one motherboard to another was not fun to do. I probably couldve used my hot air gun to heat all the points on the flex pcb at once and lifted, but I was very concerned with overheating it. So instead I used an iron on each individual solder point 🙃

I fixedededed it

was apparently worse than a bottom screen ribbon cable, but the ribbon cable reader was no longer displaying on the console entirely. So I used a donor board, but the donor board was missing the R button rubber. So I had to use the old boards R button rubber 😆
