You're not understanding what is being said. Those jobs aren't guaranteed regardless. No negotiations w Trump can be relied upon so better to find trade elsewhere & forget negotiating w someone who can't be trusted. More likely to preserve jobs that way.

If any country allows the US or Isreal to use their bases or military equipment at all, I consider them aggressor countries, ally or not.
