Rishi Sunak has joined forces with the Italian prime minister to campaign for a crackdown on illegal migration as he hailed "growing interest" among European leaders in Rwanda-style deals.

We really need a discussion about how the far-right is essentially normalised by the way leaders like Meloni are covered, and how it is rising by the way in which leaders like Sunak treat them as allies.
