I went to the office today. The view is amazing, but I've only been back 3 times since Covid. With all the RTO nonsense, I'm so happy to work for a company that voted to stay home & celebrates the benefits as one of our greatest advantages. I don't ever worry about being asked to return.

My brother asked me to repair this quilt for him after my nephew, his only child, died in Sept. It was made (terribly) by my grandmother, who wasn't always a good person. I am taking it apart stitch by stitch to re-quilt the top on to new backing. It's like I'm healing generational trauma.

Sewing friends: I found this address on another site. The Friends of Pine Ridge Reservation are asking for donations of fabric, notions, and patterns. If you're doing spring cleaning maybe consider these folks.
