Is Freedom of speech for all Americans? When it was proposed it was created for rich white men. Wasn’t meant to be inclusive to women, people of color, and other groups. Every time it was rejected.
Laws were created:The Dred Scott Decision/Comstock Act Etc….Now we are in that period again
