I was not in the bike lane because it was blocked for road work. There was no need to yell at me. How about just assuming I know what I'm doing and remembering people on bikes are totally allowed to use the road?

You know how you can get pay parking validated at a store? You oughta be able to get transit fares from a transit fare card validated (i.e. refunded) in the same way
