Absolute fiend

I figured I should share what a normal meal looks like since I tend to mostly just share things I make rarely and spend way too much time on.

Very lazy dinner of two cod fillets and some mixed grains and a plop of chili crisp 😋

Unlikely, I never bake just lucky maybe. I did combine instructions from like three different recipes tho.

They’re nice and custardy at the bottoms but not soggy either, yup. Bread pudding muffins.

Idk if I know of a better Cinderella story than what happened to my stale, hard baguette here.

I don’t really bake much but I hope my first bread pudding muffins turn out okay.

He came up behind me and tapped me on the butt just now until I stopped cooking and came upstairs to fill his bowl 😭

I knew I wasn’t gonna finish the baguette I bought for the French onion soup before it turned rock hard but that’s okay.

Reheated the soup (with flourish). I had an instagram worthy photo of it but I chose the one with an excellent cameo instead.
