This ARISS FAQ graphic explains key operating items relating to APRS. Use 145.825 MHz and include ARISS in your path. Expect to see callsign RS0ISS in your downlink packets, and use 5 watts or fewer please.

APRS Fans... the ops team is reporting the Packet radio on the ISS is back in operation. You can send and receive packets on your next pass on 145.825 MHz. Good Luck!
