My big project: The Death Generator.
It's a tool for making fake video game screenshots, just fill in new text and it'll give you a (generally) pixel-accurate image back, the correct fonts and everything.

The attempt to soften systematic exploitative abuse by dressing work language in toxic entrepreneurial positivity is one of the shittiest moves that neoliberalism has pulled for the last 4 decades.

Self imposed exploitation is just as bad as straight up slavery, more insidious even.

"Motivate" people to be "productive" by inducing fear with the threat of one day not having a roof over their head and food on the table is one of the oldest manifestations of this system.

Do you ever think about how the entire system were stuck in is directed by fear instead of love and care because we’ve been convinced that love isn’t scalable in the same way fear is

Probably it's better to leave IT-use education as a separate skill to develop, a separate subject like it was in older curriculums, not as the underpinning of learning.

The human mind evolved millions of years without interactive screens. It's absurd to demand it to develop that way in decades.

The U.S. spent $30 billion to ditch textbooks for laptops and tablets: The result is the first generation less cognitively capable than their parents | Fortune Neuroscientist Jared Cooney Horvath said older generations β€œscrewed up” giving students access to so much technology: β€œI genuinely hope Gen Z quickly figures that out and gets mad.”

For K-12 education, learning to write up on a keyboard and reason in front of a screen that can show billions of distractions is way WAY less effective than picking up a pencil, developing motor/cognitive skills, and focusing all your attention on tangible tactile pages of a static textbook.

Screenshot of a CNN segment shared by Acyn. A split-screen shows commentator Lydia Moynihan on the left and Kevin O’Leary on the right during a heated exchange. The chyron reads, β€œObama: Dems need to avoid scolding and β€˜virtue-signaling.’” The post quotes O’Leary referencing China and concentration camps, and McGowan responding about West Virginia.

I spent my childhood inside of American concentration camps. I know one when I see one. And that is what ICE is building.

Correction: That's a US-American IMMIGRANT, experiencing the same struggles and having the same desires that millions of migrants worldwide have; nothing intrinsically bad about it unless they arrive at a RACIST ULTRA-NATIONALISTIC BIGOTED HELLHOLE.

Otherwise it's just human needs, human stories.

It's so silly and stubborn, demonic even, to insist that people still instead prefer to slave, toil, betray, even kill for money, and that all that is "rational" or even natural... Specially in this day and age where the evil wealthy are so hated as they insist to make hell on earth for all the 99%.

If you're still a believer in the afterlife, power to you (as long as you stop believing it is solely a matter of reward and punishment; it's more than fear, but I digress) because you could visualize that the "treasure in heaven" are all the people you loved welcoming you back to Our Father's home.

15.02.2026 10:30 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

And then (and this one is for those of great faith and trust) when we all return to the dust we came from and our memory returns to its spiritual shape, if you knew how to "treasure in heaven" you will be counted among the stars that watch over us because of your love, untainted by selfishness.

15.02.2026 10:30 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Chiefly the small lesson I have received with the first one, Love, has me to intuit that the people you get the chance to practice love at the end becomes that "heavenly treasure", because when you truly practice a balanced healthy love you get a piece of heaven; them, here and now and forever...

The "treasures in heaven" bit is more difficult, but I think that some traditional readings are maybe a tad bit too fantasizing; conceptualizing it all on the afterlife's rewards... But maybe it's a contrast with treasuring the intangible: Love (Γ‘gape mainly), Truth, Spiritual Growth.

🧡 I think that, tonight and over the last few days, I have understood this little pearl a bit better.

Some people who are truly Christian, not the fake ones that nowadays are of the ultra right-wing cult, truly grasp what "treasures on earth means; text is unambiguously talking about money.
