For Ukraine to come out of this intact is to have the EU really push to give Ukraine all it needs QUICKLY and lift any limitations on its use.

At this point, this is the expectation! I don’t think there is anything that would disqualify anyone to serve in that administration. Sadly, I fully expect him to be confirmed by the Senate. Congressional Republicans will become nothing more than a mere rubber stamp.
