It is ambiguous if Alex is forcing the gun in his hand or trying to take it back. Masky is gripping Brian's left wrist and cupping its fingers over his that are holding a rusty metal pipe. Again it is ambiguous if the intent is to arm him or take it away. Both of Brian's legs are completely ensnared by purple, smooth tentacles implied to be a visual of the Operator's influence and corruption. There is what appears to be a thin stream of lava flowing onto his face that is turned toward the viewer with a look of something between confusion, desperation, and frustration. There are Tim's anti-consultant medication pills littering the same lava. Brian's posture is bent backwards, painfully so. Every appendage on him, aside from Jay's, seems to be either pulling him toward themself or holding him in place. There is a strong lighting coming from the bottom right of the image, under-lighting the whole scene dramatically. Brian's hoodie and jeans are stained and show signs of wear. The image feature chromatic aberration with the lineart in teal and magenta. There's also code in the image which says, from top to bottom: "Smile" in all caps, "Why don't you care?", and "Tell me where to put the anger" also in all caps.
