Alberta children wait more than a year for important diagnoses due to physician and staff shortages.

It shouldn't be common in Alberta for a child to be forced to wait more than a year for a mental health and/or developmental care diagnosis. With the school year approaching, pediatrician recruitment, retention and support are required.
