we were about to move into my grandma's house, but apparently she didn't want us moving in so quickly, so she helped us out for this month despite saying she can't help. ok then.

although we're safe for another month, it's still going to be rough for a while.

another pickup today from lddb. this was released on ld only in Japan. I have the VHS and I watched the shit out of it as a kid. can't wait to get a high quality capture up (albeit with Japanese subtitles 😔)

went to a flea market as well. got a boat load of tapes, some were blank. surprisingly one booth has a decent amount of laserdiscs so I snatched them all up. never seen any in the wild before my trip today.

picked up a couple tapes and a laserdisc from there. id definitely go there again! I loved it! the owner was super nice!

I just left Owensboro. I visited a really jank video store that's been in business since the golden age of video. the ceiling tiles fell apart and it looks really run down but the owner can't afford repairs. but I loved being there. you dont see video stores that often.
