my liver doctor told me i have to get off the nuvaring because of my lesions and shouldn’t really be on any birth control. my endocrinologist will not prescribe me my thyroid medication unless i have a permanent form of birth control. i have medical trauma from iuds. i luv life.

i honestly haven’t been able to do anything outside of work since i reintroduced birth control. i was feeling so good that month hormone free

now i’m on nuvaring (my endocrinologist wants me to have a permanent form of bc for my medication but after having to have 2 iud related hospital procedures i need a break) this is my first full month and oh my god the depression is almost as bad as when i was on the pill

i had terrible experiences with the pill. switched to skyla and was find for about ten years. was recommend mirena had 4 failed implantation before my body accepted at the hospital, had terrible side effects from the start, and had to have it surgically removed because it went through the wall.

anyone that has used nuvaring have any experiences they’d be open to sharing?
