Should also preface, I live in a really liberal part of the UK, a very liberal/green city so hearing so much shit like this over the course of 1 hour has been disappointing and blergh.

No matter what Starbucks I've been to in the UK, US, Canada or in Europe, it has always felt like a welcoming and safe space for everyone which was then generally reflected in the clientele.

Few more indies to check out before I give up trying to write in coffee shops (at home is too distracting).

I know there are issues with Starbucks, but I'm really missing the one near me that closed down. I have been spending some time moving around the other local coffee shops to find a replacement. So far Coffee #1 is too noisy, I don't like Costa's coffe, local independent never has seats, and today...
