this is the exact reason why a clockwork orange never landed with me. i just cannot. is it genius? yea probably, but i just hate seeing those depictions in any art, they overwhelm me emotionally and i feel too strongly to continue to follow along with anything. throws me off entirely. empathy..

don’t care for building a following, only for a place to write things out and express myself, engage with art and ideas, stimulate my mind. that’s all these platforms have ever been for me. maybe i’ll pick this one up when i have more energy. burnt out on the politics stuff just need wholesome vibes

i find i have less to say at a time my emotions are stronger than ever. anyone that’s paying attention knows how fucked up things are globally. i have many personal fears holding me back. constantly in survival mode. don’t have a lot of support. my voice is small but i’ve always tried to use it

deactivated insta and threads for a bit. been off social media, thinking about what how i’d use my platform differently, if at all. i’ve grown increasingly disillusioned with this “run to the next platform that isn’t encouraging hate and misinformation” game, while stealing precious time from life.

I wish the trans community would take 100% of the "transexual vs cissexual" "TMA vs TME" "AMAB vs AFAB" "binary vs nonbinary" energy and put it towards "us vs transphobia."
