Due to unforeseen circumstances the Open Stage and Free Range Orchestra event at Streets Ahead on Sunday 16th February will no longer be happening.

Two large collectives of improvised music - Brighton’s Safehouse and Canterbury’s Free Range Orchestra - came together on Sunday for part 2 of their collaboration, and as the photos show it made for a gloriously varied 30-piece big band!

To end the current series, on 23rd March we are pleased to confirm that @freerangecommunity.bsky.social ensemble will be performing. They are the very inspiration for this project, so it is wonderful to have them round it off. #experimental #dover #futurefoundry
