Tyler! Social Media has not been my friend in recent months; however, @jutecht.bsky.social reminded me how much we used to learn from each other at conferences by posting our learning on twitter. He inspired me to move to this space to try again! Thanks for all you do and contribute to #NCCE25

In 20 minutes, Gunner Argo gave me more important information and ideas than I thought even possible. I learned so much about working memory and how we can help reset it to make room for learning.

I will be processing this for a while.

Some of my big takeaways:

1) Short activities that engage dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, and oxytocin can help clear the working memory to create space for new information.

2) You can't pull something out of your working memory. You have to push it out with something else.

Major takeaway and thinking point from the session I'm sitting in from Eden Gold at #NCCE25: "A belief is a poor substitute for an experience."
