It is"inside out". It happens sometimes when you uncoil the blade. There is a technique to reverse it but I can't remember off hand. You should be able to look it up though as it is a fairly common thing (something along the lines of making it into a figure 8 by twisting into a coil)

"Inside Passage". This one has been leased by six municipalities in BC since I created it. It is now back in my studio for a refinish. The photo is from it's first year where it was leased by Nanaimo, BC through their temporary public art program. It has all sorts of marine life in it.
