I should make it a habit to walk 10k steps a day but that feels almost impossible with my daily routine…but I want to improve my health so I can travel to Japan within the next 2 years…. Maybe I should slowly try to build better habits…

I have a super low social battery and also a rather low need for social contact so I think all of it is taken up by my job so when I’m at home I usually stick to myself to recover energy…SNS is so hard….
