The cycle of my life is basically -> pushes myself to do a lot of things -> high stress situations for a while -> something happens that triggers more stress -> get extremely sick as a result of stress -> "wow i should take better care of myself" -> repeats. its ok one day i learn

I'm so glad I don't have work this weekend I need this break so bad

Ugh......I feel sick since yesterday and it's a constant up and down but since I came back to work after lunch I feel so bad again....I think I'm pushing myself too much especially since yesterday was super stressful for me mentally and emotionally...i should lay down once I'm home😭
