Confirmed by Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces: the 1st Separate Center struck the Saratov Oil Refinery overnight on November 11. The refinery, key to Russia’s fuel supply chain, processes 4.8 million tons annually and produces over 20 fuel types, including diesel and gasoline.

Ukrainian forces struck the “Hvardiiska” oil depot in occupied Crimea again. Four explosions were reported in the settlement north of Simferopol, igniting a storage tank. This follows a special forces strike earlier in the week that destroyed another tank and hit two fuel trains mid-transfer.
