My hubs has had 2 kidney biopsies due to an autoimmune disease and they do a great job of making sure you don't feel any pain!

Have fun! I like that it syncs w/my Garmin watch so I don't have to do anything else to progress down the route.

I've done two of them - the West Highland Way (of course) and now I'm about halfway through the Lands End to John O'Groats one. I like the digital postcards they send and you have a full 2 years to complete most challenges though they give you the "ideal" number. The app has a map, too.

What's being done to trans people, both in the US and here, is a practice run for every other minority group. That includes 'all women', by the way. Trans rights are human rights.
