Engineers, what MCPs are you actually using in development? I'm fishing for tips

My favourites so far:
β–ͺ️ Supabase - great for debugging
β–ͺ️ Playwright - creates a tight feedback loop for agents to fix bugs or style based on designs
β–ͺ️ Stripe - beats clicking around dashboards

I’ll be in San Francisco July 3-10. If you’re in town, I’d love to meet up and chat about AI agents!

Any events/meetups you’d recommend?

⛓️ Chained SQL queries in Deepnote

Yesterday, @DeepnoteHQ launched something that I've really enjoyed working on, ⛓️ Chained SQL.

Instead of writing massive, hard-to-test queries at once, you can now write your SQL in reusable building blocks that you can reference downstream: www.loom.com/share/d47bc...

Had a lot of fun over the weekend at the @e2b hackathon! πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

Together with @vireliam, @yggdrasill501 and @cicmen35, we've hacked a learning platform which uses AI to set up personalized course roadmaps and generates interactive exercises for each lesson.

This isn’t just an upgradeβ€”it’s a entirely new way of organizing and scaling your data workspace. Modules take notebooks from isolated analyses to interconnected and consistent workflows. πŸ”

Make your best and most trusted work instantly accessible. With Modules you can seamlessly insert standardised metrics into your analysis, build ETL pipelines or reuse your favourite code snippets and SQL queries. 🧩

@DeepnoteHQ is one of my favourite places to write SQL.
The AI code completions and intellisense are super-helpful.

But it would be nice if there was a clean way for me to build and test parts of my query separately before assembling the final version... πŸ‘€

It'd be great if @windsurf_ai, @cursor_ai and @GitHubCopilot agreed on a standard file format for custom AI instructions.

Even better if tools like Devin from @cognition_labs used it too!
