But I survived to tell the tale 🤣

As I began to cut up the chicken, the smell got worse. The chicken was a bit rubbery and it was watery(?). In my imagination it spoke to me saying, “I’m dead food, man. And unless you want to be sick, you best be tossing me out!” So, out it all went.

A long time ago (Sunday afternoon), in a far off place (a few minutes drive from my house), I bought chicken without checking the best or freeze by date 🫣 All seemed fine until I opened the package 😱 At first, I thought, it doesn’t smell all that bad. It’s probably fine. No, it was not fine…

Long story short, I did not have chicken tacos last night 🤣

It was so lovely. I walked in and instead of a wave and a “Hi Greg!”, they walked right up to me and gave me a warm hug ❤️ And another mid-lunch ❤️ And one on my way out ❤️

I think they needed warm hugs as much as I did 🥹

I went to my favorite restaurant for lunch today and was immediately given warm hugs. Literal hugs that made my heart so happy ❤️ I really needed those hugs 🥰

Lately, I’ve been choosing my daily coffee mug with intent. Today’s choice came about because someone was asking about this exact mug on a Disney World facebook group yesterday 🤭 Someone I don’t even know inspired me today 🤩
