The judge says that these abhorrent practices seem to be widespread and basically invites the equivalent of a class action.

This is a powerful decision. Note Judge Brown's invitations for Plaintiff to seek sanctions and broad injunctive relief against ICE covering not only the Plaintiff but also those who are similarly situated.
