my Jaguars offense and Trevor Lawrence takes after week 3. There was initial sloppiness in this offense, but there was also sound process and great designs happening from Liam Coen and Lawrence, even if the results weren't always perfect. The results are now catching up.

I mean, they're just done pretending it's not grifting.

I loved this play design in the moment for the Jags, love it even more on the all-22. Always get targets vertical out the backfield, love slipping Strange out through the A-gap

Jakobi Meyers makes a heads up play on this crack toss to ETN. He's supposed to block 29, but with the blitz he has to readjust, and ends up helping Parker Washington with Cooper and getting a body on Hufanga.

After the first couple of drives, Trevor Lawrence was doing a great job attacking the blitzes Denver would send. Jags were one step ahead whenever they sent pressure, and Lawrence was throwing four seamers all game. Shoutout LeQuint Allen

On the big Parker Washington catch and run, Denver is trying to spin into an inverted Cover 2. I love how quickly Lawrence diagnoses this and gets this ball out. The Jags were truly one step ahead in their passing game all day, and their QB is playing with extreme confidence

What we should be looking for is efforts to improve the down to down consistency on the ground. Offense has become overly reliant on Bo Nix.

Sean Payton has turned this team into a true contender, and Bo Nix is showing promising signs of development.

They have the best odds at representing the AFC in the Super Bowl.

Following yesterday's loss to the Jaguars the Broncos have a 55% chance at the top spot in the AFC.

Malcolm Roach displayed a really nice club over against Patrick Mekari on his 3rd down sack in the 2nd quarter.

Trevor Lawrence was chasing the sticks downfield and couldn't escape the Broncos behemoth.

Watch how Dre Greenlaw steps up against the run action, and then pivots to stick on Brenton Strange as he sneaks out and into his route.

Really liked Sean Payton's design on the R.J. Harvey touchdown against the Jaguars.

The Broncos line leaves 90 unblocked for Bo & the receivers hold the deep safety long enough to give him a rough downhill angle.

I was really impressed by the contact balance and recovery by R.J. Harvey.

1st: The Broncos play

2nd: The Broncos routes - vertical, out, and a swing.

3rd: obvious contact on Bryant impacts his route, note Nix's eyes.

4th: Bryant breaks free, though Jaguars are definitely sitting on the sail and may be trying to bait Nix.

25 of the 39 yards Brenton Strange gained against the Broncos came on 1 play.

Here he motions into the backfield, Trevor Lawrence fakes the handoff and Dre Greenlaw respects the run as he's supposed to.

Turns out Liam Coen is a good play caller. Who'da thunk it. 🤷

The 3rd down before Wil Lutz missed is an example of where Bo could become more aggressive.

Payton gives him a half field read, & when Bryant gets slowed up by contact Nix dumps it down to Mims before pressure gets home. 13 may have broken open

This play is a good microcosm of how the Jaguars attacked Bo Nix all day, and the challenge facing Sean Payton and the offense without a lot of easy buttons vs. good zone teams.
