Here are some highlights๐Ÿ‘‡

I did not present at #chi2025, but my amazing postdoc, PhD student and collaborators at @hcid.city did present work I was involved in. All open access here:

Welcome | Taguette

Don't know who needs to know this, but we came across really good, open source, free app for qualitative coding that works in the browser.

app.taguette.org

It is basically NVivo, but free, and good. Collaboration seems pretty effortless, akin to Overleaf of GDocs

CHI 2025 Paper Stats <decorative CHI 2025 logo in pink japanese style>

Below are some potentially interesting statistics I have generated from the JSON file from the CHI 2025 program. I consider only 'full papers' here. There were a total of 1,249 accepted full papers, from a total of 5,014 submitted (24.9% accept rate). Presenting statistics like this is an idea I borrowed (stole) from whatthehci.com, which seems to no longer be updated. You can also check out some cool statistics for the conference on the official blog.

All King's College London CHI Papers

All British CHI papers

All London CHI papers

CHI papers by institution (rank)

CHI papers by country (rank)

CHI papers by city (rank)

CHI papers by author (rank)

Papers with *accessibility* and/or *disability* in the title or abstract

Papers with *aphasia* in the title or abstract

Papers with *large language model* in the title or abstract
