if you don’t want urgent / insane though and just want a big load, Metamucil (or any psyllium based fibre supplement) is good.

in either case drink lots of water, and for laxatives like sorbitol also drink something like pedialyte to keep your electrolytes happy.

craziest I’ve had was with sorbitol, it’s what those infamous sugar free gummies used to be made from. you can buy it online for cheap as a baking ingredient.

Heh I’m not ever sure to be honest. I was learning to sew and found these colours at a local store so I made a simple fursuit body with it. Never actually finished the rest of it though.
