Four smash burgers on one side of a Blackstone griddle, 2 of which have mustard on top before the first flip. The other side of the griddle has some toasted buns and two previously cooked smash burger patties on warming racks.

First cook was a quesadilla for my daughter, but smash burgers came right after that 😁

I've never had a gas grill before, so this will be a bit of an adjustment, but oh man am I ready to sling some smash burgers.

I keep seeing videos of some dude that always just puts a potato at the top of the pile, and seeing how crazy kids go about getting flipping potato just cracks me up.

My wife is a teacher, and always has some non-candy stuff too - pencils, bubbles, stuff like that - and honestly it's amazing how much more excited some of the kids get about stuff like that. usually give a few pieces of smaller candy and at least one non-candy thing

Need to put up a strong defensive front to stop the encroachment of Christmas, they've already absorbed pretty much all of November, and would push further and further if not for the stalwart line of Halloween.

From everything I've seen, the Onn is really just a straight vanilla implementation of Google TV, software doesn't even have any sort of Onn branding or tweaks of any kind, but I get where you're coming from.

I do have an extra Chromecast w/ Google TV laying around but I'm probably going to need to use that with my projector since nothing supports my OG Chromecast anymore :D The TV Streaming Box would probably be fine for what I need, but the Onn 4k has just a few more bells/whistles. Decisions :D

Freaking Bears...

Anybody have thoughts on Google TV Streaming boxes? Working on ditching cable as soon as my new fiber internet gets installed. Currently thinking about either the Google TV Streamer 4k or the Onn 4k Pro, but open to other suggestions.

If I boot it up again I'll let you know! I looked at Wildgate awhile ago, but seems like it's not the best if you're playing with randos, seemed like you kind of HAVE to have your own full team to get the most of out it.

I played like 20 minutes of that a year or two ago I think?

Yeah, I created my steam account for freaking Half Life 2, but it shows the first game I bought was Torchlight. I guess I'd already bought HL2 when I created my account, but it still feels like that should be first :D

Get one of those Crystal Light liquid water flavor things - lemonade flavor - makes the prep at least MOSTLY bearable. Make sure it's the lemonade flavor, the darker colored flavors can screw up the imagining for the test.

Took me longer to get to it than I would have liked, but I think my recent YouTube history is about 75% the songs from the movie, so I've been showing support in other ways until I could watch😆
