Last night’s supper, slow cooked spicy pork over rice & served with miso. I was a little too spicy for my wife so next time I will dial back on the gochujang and mainly the gochugaru.

Made the marinade using my late
할머니 (halmeoni’s) gochujang and added onion, garlic, rice vinegar, & gochugaru. Used my favorite cast iron develop a crust on the pork roast. Poured everything into my crockpot. Wait 4 hrs on high should do it. Can’t wait to see how this turns out.

Bought some frames for my #arcade #marquees. Specifically, I wanted to frame all of my #konami #4players marquee to hang in the #homearcade. I forgot not all of them are at #oem stock sizes. So now I have to pivot & go through my stock of marquees & find ones that will fit.

Painted the #konami #tmnt #arcadecabinet it’s default color of boring semigloss black. Added another layer of paint on the front. Going to let this oil base paint dry for almost 24 hrs before I move it back into the house, then decals!#restorationproject

What can I say: “Tron Ares” was fun, I liked it, & I hope it does well enough for another sequel. It’s a soft reboot & I’m okay with it. If you liked the original Tron or Tron Legacy, I recommend this film. It’s an interesting expansion of the lore and I want more.

My brother wanted to see comparison of the #gobot #scooter we had as kids vs the new one with a chest plate. Yeah, the newer one looks way less derpy. #gobots

As a kid, it was truth that #gobots just sucks, but I had a soft spot for #scooter. My original Scooter was limp, loose & I just realized that he was missing his chest plate. So a “new” Scooter arrived today. I’m gobsmacked that this figure has tight joints & can sort of point now. #mindblown.

Started and finished the bottom edge of the #tmnt #restoration project. #bondo is your friend. Make sure to use a #n95 mask or you’re gonna be coughing up a lung. Tomorrow is wiping down the cab & start the primer coat.

I removed the old side art & began to bondo & sanding. I only need to define the bottom w bondo & then I can move to paint. I’m done for now. I’m tired. #tmnt #arcade #restoration

From the moment I preordered this #reprint of #tmnt4 I never thought I would ever get an actual #firstprint of #teenagemutantninjaturtles issue 4. On the plus side, the #reprint is autographed by Michael Dooney, so that’s awesome.
