Seems to me there should be a law firm gearing up to handle all the wrongful termination lawsuits for federal employees that received their “notices” based on performance. Do any of my attorney friends know if that’s happening?

I had this same thought. Nearly 50% of all government revenue comes from individual income tax returns. We know that Congress won’t do anything regardless of all the phone calls from their constituents. Money talks. Loss of money REALLY talks. How do we organize a resistance, Mr. Conway?
