I've had the opposite experience, growing up I've long wished men's shoes were as colorful and fun as many of the women's pairs I've seen. I have a few pairs of women's shoes in my wardrobe because there's nothing out there that's comparable to them when shopping "men's"

I find it helpful to think of anger as a tool. In small amounts it can be ignored, or even honed, focused, and used to motivate action and help people. In large amounts it becomes destructive and interferes with my ability to do anything productive

Except it wasn't sudden - it's always been that case, for as long as I've been around, probably longer. I just wasn't paying attention, and it frustrated me because I couldn't understand why things weren't getting better. And now I'm learning, and I can better act to help myself and my community

I have uterine fibroids that causes excessive bleeding and fatigue, POTs and PTSD from Covid turning into long covid and causing my health problems. I was working two jobs prior to not working until it caught up to me and I ended up in the ER with a heart rate that wouldn't slow down until I had to take medication. I have been trying to get on disability since. A year later I started to caretake for my disabled child by myself as well. I had help previously but it wasn't working out and l've had to do a lot of it on my own, now I'm stuck in a situation where working isn't possible for my health and while I'm already caretaking for my disabled child that needs constant care. I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing
