Seeing as we bought our last house when we were older we were aggressive, used any extra money on paying down our note and didn’t spend money on “stuff” we didn’t need and unfortunately didn’t travel as much as we would have liked but it was worth it.

That’s the advice my Mom gave me, I paid extra principal every month and I paid off our 30 year mortgage in 14 years.
