Basically the highest praise I can get for something like this, haha. I will say, I ran a playtest of this version and it played fine, but was slightly underwhelming. I'm working on a reworked version, but if you use this, I recommend giving it a ranged ability + adding some cool DTOs to the map!

Draw Steel Promptober ‘25 Day #31: Halloween Herald of Winter Title The last leaf has fallen, and the first snows are on their way. The curse of the final girl lingers over your head: the night can only grow darker from here. Prerequisite (3rd Echelon): You win an encounter while all of your allies are dead or dying, but you’re not. Effect: Choose one of the following benefits: Darkest Before the Dawn: While you are dying, you gain 1 additional Heroic Resource at the start of each of your turns during combat. Solstice Rituals: Whenever you achieve a tier 2 outcome with a Magic or Psionic ability, it deals additional rolled damage equal to your highest characteristic score, and any potencies are increased by 1. Until the Last Leaf Falls: Whenever you become dying, if there are one or more allies within 10 squares of you who aren’t dead, you can use a free triggered action to spend a Recovery. Draw Steel Promptober ‘25 Day #29: Flowers Prismatic Bouquet Consumable These vitreous flowers shift and twist in your hand, eager to be freed from the petty grasp of causality. Keywords: Psionic Goal: 45 (yields 3 flowers) Agility, Intuition, or Presence Source: Texts or lore in Axiomatic Item Prerequisite: Crushed petals from a large psiolet Effect: As a maneuver, you can pluck the petals from one flower in the bouquet and scatter them up to 5 squares away, creating a 3 cube of glittering light. Each ally in the area can teleport a number of squares up to your highest characteristic score. Each enemy in the area takes damage equal to twice your highest characteristic score. Draw Steel Promptober ‘25 Day #28: Gods/Goddesses Aegis of the Protostrategos Leveled Treasure The bronze shield of the general of the gods holds an echo of her supreme strategic intellect, striking fear into the hearts of all those who stand against you. Keywords: Magic, Shield Goal: 450 Might, Reason, or Intuition Source: Texts or lore in Phaedran Item Prerequisite: Bronze shavings from a divinely blessed forge, a token from a monster you negotiated with 1st Level | Promachos: While you wield or carry this shield, you gain a +3 bonus to Stamina. This Stamina bonus adds to the Stamina bonus granted by other treasures. Whenever an enemy makes an opportunity attack against you, your speed increases by 2 until the start of your next turn. Additionally, adjacent allies can use you as cover. 5th Level | MARATHON: The shield’s Stamina bonus increases to +6. Whenever you make a strike as part of the Charge main action, for each opportunity attack you triggered during the move, you gain 1 surge that can and must be used for that strike. Additionally, whenever you or a hero with you successfully stops combat and starts a negotiation with an NPC, that NPC’s starting interest increases by 1. 9th level | Gorgoneion: The shield’s Stamina bonus increases to +9. Dream Domain Piety and Effect Piety: You gain 2 piety the first time in an encounter that an ally within 10 squares uses a heroic ability. Prayer Effect: One ally within 10 squares of you gains 1 of their Heroic Resource. 1st-Level Domain Feature Dreamwalker When you sleep, your spirit wanders, allowing you to visit other creatures’ dreams and receive portents about the future. During any respite, you can choose a creature you know to receive a short message or omen in their dreams the next time they sleep.
