Going to Congress to debate and take a vote to enact war isn’t filling a form. It’s getting consensus from elected representatives according to the constitution.

I think its mainly because the Greens as a party (setting aside individuals' hard work) don't do what PHON does well. I recently read success in politics is marketing & they're not wrong. PHON flag valid complaints (economy, wages, etc) then blame scapegoats without proof.
