Whew! I love sharing loneliness education, but I was stretched out of my comfort zone speaking on AI, loneliness, and the pros and cons of AI chatbot companions this afternoon. The support from the audience was greatly appreciated!

I have officially taken the plunge and have fully immersed myself in AI & will present a talk on AI & Loneliness on 10/24 at 4 pm.
Both the community at large and the UNC Charlotte community are invited. Please spread the word. It would be great to have a meaningful dialogue during the Q&A.

I had the honor to present at the SGS Advocacy in Aging Housing Virtual Form entitled "Cracks in our Foundation: Building Solutions in Affordable Housing." I spoke on the bidirectional relationship between social isolation and loneliness and housing insecurity among older adults.
