I have my black and silver linen all ready to go, and I did a test square a few months ago to get an idea of the shapes before I dive into the real thing!

This design has been living in my head for SO long and I’m
excited to be making progress on it! The gambeson is going to be all trapunto quilting inspired by the gambesons in Rings of Power, only this time I’m going with a feather motif fitting Vax’ildan’s role as Champion of the Matron of Ravens.

Camp Gale is done and I finally got to wear him today at Katsucon!! I actually gasped a little when I saw the full look in the mirror, complete with makeup transformation. The endless hours of embroidery were absolutely worth it!

Friday is Vax (with the bone mask, but first time bringing it to a con!) and I’m hoping to make the CR meetup. Saturday I’ll be debuting Galadriel with all her accessories, and then Sunday is Astarion with the drow armour!
