Punch is an accurate name. This tastes a lot like a sugar free version of Juice Monster's Pacific Punch. It's sweet with a slight tartness. I'm digging this a lot. I love fruit punch. 9/10 still not quite as good as Ultra Strawberry Dreams, but we have a new number 2. Oi Oi Oi!

The can is a bright magenta with purple images rather than silver. The pictures on the side are very punk, including skateboards, cassette tapes, skulls with bows, broken hearts, and so much more. The "Punk Punch" is written in a punky font, which differ than most Ultras.

The final new flavour of 2026[as of right now] is Ultra Punk Punch. Right now it's only available at Circle K until March.

This tastes very similar to a bomb pop, AKA cherry, lime, and blue raspberry. It has a little bit of a tartness to it. It does leave a bit of a sour aftertaste in your mouth. 7.5/10 pretty solid, but not as great as Ultra Strawberry Dreams.

Moving on, the can design is incredible patriotic. The can is red and white striped with a large blue section, clearly inspired by the Star Spangled Banner. The sides are adorned with various American imagery. There's tons of stars and fireworks here too.

Just as a side note, this is not an open invitation to talk about politics. Monster Energy has little to nothing to do with politics. This isn't the time or place.

Somehow I managed to get my hands on a flavour that wasn't supposed to come out yet, Ultra Red White and Blue Razz. This Ultra edition isn't supposed to release until late June as a way to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. Odd year to be celebrating , but that's beside the point.

This one has less strawberry flavour than the other one. It just tastes like a slightly sweeter full sugar OG Monster. 6/10 if you're going to try this flavour go with the sugar free version. It still doesn't taste that much like strawberry, but the flavour comes in more with that one than this one.

The can looks near identical to the sugar free version, with the main difference is that the top is silver instead of green.

About 2 days ago, I made a review about Monster Energy's newest "reserve" flavour, Strawberry Shot, in its sugar free form. Today, I have the full sugar version. I wanted to review each one separate, as the sugared and sugar free versions have slightly different flavours.

This tastes a lot like melon. Like a cantelope or honeydew flavour. It reminds me of a melon ramine. It's supposed to be yuzu melon, but I'm not getting a lot of yuzu. The melon kinda overpowers everything. 7/10 it's not bad, but it's not winning me over.

The can design is pretty wild. It's a bright chartruice with almost a wavy cheetah print look. The design comes from his F1 helmet, but it looks like he's worn similar and equally crazy patterns in the past. If you look on the side, it even says "Lando."

For the record, I have no idea who Lando Norris is. Based on the blurb, I believe he's a Formula 1 racer, but I'm not super familiar with F1.

I finally got my hands on the Monster Energy colab with Lando Norris. IIRC, this flavour was only available on the West Coast for quite some time, but has finally made its appearance on the East.

I'll still try the full sugar variant, and see if it's better or worse than the zero sugar.

Taste wise, it tastes like normal sugar free Monster, but with an added sweetness. That added sweetness doesn't even taste like strawberry. It tastes like sweet. It just is normal OG Monster, but take away that sour bite. 6/10 it's extremely mid. There's just not much to really say honestly.

The can looks exactly the same as a normal zero sugar Monster, but with a red ring around the top. The tab is also red instead of either black or green.

This Monster is supposed to be the OG but with a hint of strawberry.

Finally I got my hands on a Monster Energy Strawberry Shot, specifically the zero sugar version. The Monster truck came back to my school yesterday, and were giving away Strawberry Shot in both the full sugar and zero sugar variants.

Overall I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of grape flavoured things, but this Monster having a real grape juice flavour as opposed to the artificial flavours of many grape candies leads me to giving this a bony thumbs up. 8/10 pretty good, but not quite dethroning level.

It tastes exactly as you'd expect, sparkling grape juice. It's mild and not overly sweet. The flavour is defiantly a bit weaker then the others, but that's not always a bad thing. It's far more grapey than Ultra Violet, which I believe this is supposed to be the full sugar version of.

The can is a nice chartreuse with a violet logo, and tons of imagery of psychics and voodoo dolls. Very New Orleans themed. Getting a bit of a Zapp's Voodoo Chip vibe for the same reason. Does that mean if I open up this can I'm gonna hear jazz?

Apple's liquid glass is about as close we're going to get to companies acknowledging frutiger aero. So many people were begging for Apple to move on from their flat design that they have been using for 10 years. I think liquid glass looks pretty cool. It's not perfect, but it does look neato.

Windows Vista sucks. It's development was rushed, it was horribly unstable, lacked proper driver support, and chugged on anything that wasn't high end. It does look gorgeous though, and that's where some of the nostalgia comes in.

Windows XP is not frutiger aero, but it isn't Y2K either. Windows XP's luna theme fits into a league of its own, and it does have some elements of frutiger aero, it isn't a part of the aesthetic beyond it's Bliss background. MacOS's aqua theme of the era is far more frutiger aero than luna.
