I saw a post that stated women have a cortisol spike half an hr after waking up. It was in the context of "so that's why you shouldn't skip breakfast and go straight to the gym" but I wonder if doom scrolling skips that 30mins and sends you straight to cortisol town...

Pros of Halloween in Aus: You can wear costumes without jackets, don't need batteries for light up stuff because, well, the sun doesn't go down till like 7 and that also makes it easier to make sure kids are safe and not running off into darkness
Cons: it's hot, so candy melts if you're out too long
