god i used to be that person (the organized millions of layers) and i have NO idea how i used to do that, but it also made for a much stiffer art process bc i was so tied to my lineart layers that editing anything was just torture so im glad im just a "whatever, fuck it" person now ASJHDSKGFJSD

also yes im still thinkin abt the patreon... still thinking on how to set it up in a way where i can be consistent w it but for now we just rawdog life

there have been way too many instances that i've merged my layers just to do some edits on top and then realize too late that i couldn't go back anymore that honestly its just part of the process now 🧍‍♂️ im lucky i don't have a patreon or anything set up yet bc imagine giving PSDs n its just. 2 layers

I asked all my very fake super fictional and overall not real characters and they said they super duper consent to all the weird shit that happens to them.

we are adults - I'm tired of seeing squeamish fascist idiots act as though we are not. You guys wanna censor all the museums and stuff too because gods forbid we, or oh my goodness, a *child*, sees a dick or a boob, because all of this is a totally normal sane reaction lmao.

Censorship to these things has never been the answer. Speaking of, do not let these spineless fools discourage you from making what you want, if it happens to fall into their "no-no" list. Make and share what you want, continue to support those who do the same!

I will always fight for our rights to be artists, in whatever form that may be, even if yours makes me uncomfortable, which is something a lot of people are missing the point of, too. Those who create things that you do not like also deserve the same amount of respect and acknowledgement!

seeing all this stuff about censorship is pissing me off badly enough that I am just gonna go make my own website. it's gonna be trash, it's not gonna be supported for mobile (which I blame for killing the creativity of websites in the first place), but it will be mine.

ftr this isn't the first time bluesky has done stupid as fuck shit. I was here in the trenches in 2023 watching them pull dumb moves and get yelled down by everyone to back down, successfully. the people running this place are not on your side but they are hilariously easy to bully. go hard.

Ultimately I think being more known as a streamer/content creator does tend to = more ppl to see your actual art, but your general skill, imo, stands on its own. I see you as a creative first and foremost, and connect with your characters & stories :3 (SHAKES U, I WANNA SEE YOU SHARE MORE OF THEM!)

I've always been impressed with your ability to dish out a piece in a very short amount of time - you have a knack for conceptualizing smth very fast, and I think that works wonderfully for concept art, which is something I know you've expressed an interest and passion for
