I was just about to mention - I can only really eat gluten free bland diet with no seeds or nuts. I can't imagine being held in such unlivable conditions with ONLY these to eat. What a nightmare

i received 2 calls today from the IRC Men's Central Jail, Gay block.

Folx today were stunned to hear that more money went on their books. They were quick to say that they will make sure others get fed.

Support Jail Foods LA - a new mutual aid group started inside the jail block run by the inmates.
