Naz has 3 more years at 7mil (5.6mil on the Avs cap). He's 35 now. That part is less great but whatever. That's this summer's problem. But it is something to watch out for down the road

I'll miss G, but that defense has a really good mix of styles that compliment each other, and the forward depth now is extra stupid.

My mom's family is from Walsenburg. They're part of the Sicilian diaspora in southern Colorado. Had a dairy farm just east of town on highway 50 forever. So yep, I'm familiar with Trinidad. What they're doing with artist housing is super cool these days.

The mine in Craig is in the process of shutting down. Looks like it will finally be offline by the end of this month.

Summer 2002 had the Hayman Fire, which was unprecedented and stood as the largest in Colorado for nearly 20 years. You take that lack of snowpack without the boost of the wet 1990s and I cannot stress how much this state is going to burn this year. Buy your air purifier and N95 masks now.

I do kindle unlimited for a couple months here and there. I have found I really don't mind reading on tablet/phone (although physical books always do smell better). If I can get enough libraries hooked in, hopefully I can use that instead and save my $12 a month.

My local network seems to be the "Marmot Network" of most of the Western Slope libraries. But my friend has Front Range, Denver, JeffCo, and Araphaoe as well. I travel across the state enough I should be able to beat her totals.

The pokemon trainer in me is excited. Gotta catch 'em all.

My friend came up this weekend to visit & get library cards at a couple of my local branches. Turns out anyone who lives in CO can get a card at any branch in the state and have access to their digital network through the Libby app. More networks = more checkouts & shorter waits.
