When we speak up closer to the election they always say "too late now, should have said something earlier"

And now we ARE speaking up earlier and we're still getting hit with "hold your nose and vote blue" when we are YEARS AWAY FROM PRIMARIES. HE IS NOT THE CANDIDATE

Added note to my closest friends: the play bullying and friendly jabs (for me) are unaffected by this, because my brain doesn't perceive those as rejection, but rather as affection. So definitely dont pull those back, if yall took the time to read this, I'd actually be more sad to lose that! ❤️

I say this mostly for awareness sake. Even when I know its not intentional and am able to rationalize that, the emotional flood can still be pretty painful. This is also not to dissuade actual accountability when its needed from anyone suffering it. Its just nice for people to understand it is all ❤️

Post reads: People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection. Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred. It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response. It’s neurological, not a character flaw.

On a personal level, this is one of my hardest things to deal with. Thankfully its not constant, and I've learned outward reactive regulation, but inside its still this, and sometimes the sad slips out >> 1/2

i think it's important that fandom puritans that clutch their pearls over things they find "problematic" know that they've contributed to a lot of censorship policies that we see today as well as the mandatory IDs policies under the guise of "for the children"

if you've ever been like "this person likes problematic ships" and felt the need to dogpile them and instead of blocking and moving on you've actively contributed to why shit is the way it is right now.

GM changed it to just have six mechanical wings insted of the runes and honestly I like that way better. I used the runes originally 'cause I thought having actual wings would be too clunky but god damn did he make it work
